How much time do I need to organise an event?
We suggest for over 200 delegates get started a year in advance. For a one-day event for about 100 delegates it can take around 4 months. Smaller style seminars - give your self 3 months.

How much does it cost?
Different speakers, programs and entertainers charge different rates. A good event planner will work to you budget. Know how much you can spend and what outcomes you want.

Speakers and performances average around $3000 to $6000 per engagement. Often a block booking will reduce the rate if they are required for more than one day or event. Activities sessions are charged per head.
There are all sorts of conference add ons' too. Like follow up notes & sessions and CD roms for conference take home messages.
